An Ambassador Lounge experience at the Piccadilly Theatre will make your trip to see Moulin Rouge! The Musical even more special. With a range of packages available at different price points, there’s something for all theatregoers!

Access

The Piccadilly Theatre is committed to providing access for all. We aim to achieve this by providing great facilities for access customers and ensuring our staff are on hand to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. You’ll also find a number of access performances throughout the year so everyone can enjoy the spectacular Moulin Rouge! The Musical.

Security

The Piccadilly Theatre continues to make the safety and security of its customers and staff a priority. As such, please bear in mind that we may undertake bag checks, so recommend you leave extra time to avoid queues, and refrain from bringing suitcases, rucksacks and large bags into the Theatre. Many thanks for your cooperation.

Lost property

During a performance, all lost property found is held at the podium situated within the main foyer. After this time, please use this form to report a lost item.

Cloakroom

The Piccadilly Theatre cloakroom accepts coats, suitcases, heavy bags, rucksacks and pushchairs for a small charge. A left luggage facility is available at Charing Cross station. Please note that the venue is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings. The cloakroom opens an hour before the show.

Opening Times

The Piccadilly Theatre doors open an hour and a half before the show. During that time you can enjoy our bars, purchase merchandise and confectionery and use the cloakroom.

Bar

The Piano Bar is open to ticket holders an hour and a half prior to curtain up. The bar provides an ambient 1930’s inspired setting enabling you to relax with specialty cocktails as well as a complete selection of wines and champagnes, all accompanied by live music. Merchandise

Official show merchandise for Moulin Rouge! The Musical is available to purchase before and after the show, and during the interval from kiosks in the Main Foyer as well as bars on each level.

All purchases made at the theatre must be made using credit/debit cards only.

Toilets

The Piccadilly Theatre has both male and female toilets on each level as well as accessible facilities in Stalls. Accessible Toilets are located at the access entrance on Sherwood Street and in the Champagne bar in the Stalls. Learn more about our accessibility.

WiFi

Piccadilly Theatre Guest Wi-fi is available in the venue for customers to connect to and enjoy free internet access. However, phones should always be switched off for the duration of the performance.
